My sincere apologies for the down time experienced by many of you during our recent server changes.

What was supposed to be a seamless transition turned out to be anything but that.. It was all beyond our control which only made it more frustrating. If anything COULD have been done, we WOULD have done it.

Please understand that when you couldn’t gain access to your accounts.. we very likely couldn’t either and email was delayed getting to us. I apologize for the delayed responses that resulted from that.

On the bright side.. it does appear (fingers crossed) that everything has resolved and HitSafari is up and running at 100% on it’s new server. Surfing is not slow any longer and operations are running smoothly.

Thank you to all of you that hung in there with us.. I appreciate every one of you.

Also I noticed that the link that I sent yesterday for List Safari was not working correctly either and as I have that email forwarded to my hitsafari account, I was not aware of it for some time because I had no email yesterday.. (that’s been changed)

There is just something about January I think.. January 2007 was a bad month technically for HS with the server crash and this year has not been good technically for me either..
